Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation due to COVID-19 pandemic:

If a participant can not travel due to COVID-19 infection, or if participant’s country has a ban on travel preceding and during the training, there will be a full refund on the program following provision of required documents. In all other cases our regular cancelation policy applies:

• Deposits are non-refundable, only transferable to another program.

If you need to cancel your participation in the program, the following states the returning policy:

• 50% return for cancellations up to 30 days prior the training.
• For cancellations in less than 30 days prior the event start there is no refund.

All applicant considered agree with those cancellation policy when apply for all Shri Gaia Institute events such as: retreat, workshop, and training.
