Pre & Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training

with Melina Gale

This 4 day 30 hour live, online, Pre & Post Natal teacher training is designed to give you all the confidence you need to safely sequence and lead group and private Prenatal and Postnatal yoga classes, as well as how to safely modify for pregnant students in a non Prenatal class. You will learn about the anatomy of a pregnant body and how to adapt the practice for the specific needs of your students throughout each trimester and after birth.

About your teacher:

Melina Gale

Melina turned to yoga at a very young age of 15 to help cope with and overcome childhood traumas and chronic anxiety. Yoga, meditation, movement, writing, self study and self expression helped her so much that she felt a calling to spread this knowledge to as many people as possible.

Since Completing her first 200hr training in Thailand in 2014 and her Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, she has continued to study various styles of yoga with Shri Gaia Institute and teach on their teacher trainings. She organises and facilitates in teaching workshops, yoga retreats and yoga teacher trainings around the world to a global community, integrating all of the various methods she has learned from. Known for her strong and vigorous yoga practice, Melina needed to slow down during and after her pregnancy. After giving birth to a beautiful healthy baby boy, she has spent her time creating this course she wishes to share.

This training is only open to students who have already completed their 200hr YTT. It is accredited by Yoga Alliance as Continuing Education hours.

To apply for this course please fill in the online application form found here and send us a copy of your 200hr certificate to shrigaiainstitute@gmail.com
