Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable. However, they are transferable to another Shri Gaia Institute program if cancellation is made up to 30 days before the start date of the event.
- If you need to cancel your participation after having paid the balance, the following applies:
– Full refund of the balance payment for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the start of the program.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date.
- In the extremely unlikely event that Shri Gaia Institute must cancel the training due to personal or organizational reasons, a full refund of all tuition fees paid will be issued.
- Please note that in cases of force majeure — including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, political unrest, travel bans, health emergencies, government sanctions, or other circumstances beyond our control — Shri Gaia Institute is not liable to issue refunds. In such cases, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to offer fair solutions.
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance if you wish to be covered in case of any unforeseen circumstances, whether personal or global.

By applying for any Shri Gaia Institute event — including retreats, workshops, and trainings — you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
